Shipping/Payment

Ordering Information:

All of my jewelry is custom made in my Bay Area studio by me alone, lead times are 7-10 days to fabricate before shipment.

Please take this into consideration when time is a factor. If you are in a rush or the item is for a gift, please contact me before ordering to ensure that I can fulfill your request. A rush fee of $80.00 will be added for a special rush order request.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once entered into the production phase. The time frame for cancellation is the same day the order was placed.

Shipping:

I ship via USPS Priority Mail and USPS International. International shipments are responsible for any fees or duties incurred by customs.

Express shipping is available upon special request with a shipping time of 1-2 business days. This does not speed up production time. It is merely a faster way of shipping once my lead time is met and the order is complete. If you would like Express Mail Shipping, please contact me prior to ordering. Certain high value pieces in my shop will need to be shipped via FedEx for International shipments.

After your package has shipped, I'm not responsible for the speed of delivery, packages undeliverable, etc due to customs or your local postal service. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. Re-delivery costs are the full responsibility of the buyer.


International Shipments:

Custom fees and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Purchases from my site will not be marked as gifts. In the US falsifying of customs forms comes with a potential $10,000 fine AND the possible loss of the ability to continue to conduct business in the US. Please do not purchase if you are not comfortable with these terms.

Shipment Notification:

Once your order has shipped, I will provide a delivery confirmation number in your account status and mark your item as shipped. You will also receive an email notification on your changed shipment status. Please check your confirmation number or your shipment on USPS.com before contacting me about your shipment status. Check your Bulk/Junk folder if you cannot find your confirmation.

Taxes:

Shipments within California will need to pay a sales tax rate of 8.25%.


Payment:

Payments are processed online are through PayPal a secure credit card company. For phone orders I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express.


Sale Items:

All items listed as "On Sale" pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Villain Accessories Jewelry is completely committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. Therefore we will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you.

Consent
Your Consent is important to us too. Therefore we will never sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or any other personal information to any third party without your consent.

Communication & Marketing
If you have made a purchase from our store (thank you!) we may occasionally update you on our latest products, news and special offers via e-mail if you opt-in to receive email marketing communications from us. You can opt-out at any time.

Website Statistics
We may record statistics about the number of visitors to this Website or number of purchases made for improvement purposes. This is to help it improve the services to our customers and ultimately provide the most appropriate products.

Protecting your security
We may use personal information provided by you in order to fulfill necessary anti-fraud checks. This information may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information. This is done only to confirm identity for security purposes.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 7 days of receipt. for an even exchange or store credit.

Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full store credit on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.

Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty.

Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item otherwise only store credit will be issued. Please allow 7 working days for a exchange or credit to be processed.

Custom Items meaning any deviation from original Villain Accessories designs, or individual requests are both non exchangeable or refundable. and require a 50% deposit if not payment in full. To be determined on individual basis.
